- Discover a defining characteristic of these cars used to catch car thieves. (Perhaps RF signals used for controlling and monitoring the car.)
- If it is possible, enter the car without breaking into it.
- Say: "This is not my car." loud enough for the embedded microphone to record it.
- Exit the car.

This is lovely. I'd love it more if it was done by a great many car thieves, and coordinated on a website with digital photos, audio clips, and geocoding.
